9.商业条款
1 ﾣﾮ保修期：在正常情况下，从客户工厂成功进行测试的日期，机械零件一年，电气零件六个月。
2ﾣﾮ付款：30％通过T/T作为预付款，在发货前通过T/T（70％）的余额。
3ﾣﾮ交货时间：收到预付款后4个月。
4ﾣﾮ Installation and commission
1）一两个技术人员将根据客户的需要任命客户工厂的安装和佣金。
2）客户支付签证费，往返机票，交通，居民，餐饮，技术人员的交流。
3) Allowance per day is USD 80 for one technician.
4）需要翻译器。
