1. Quick Detail:
PVC Calendar line is able to produce a wide range of PVC film and sheet products for different applications. The line is composed of φ450×1350mm roller “Γ” type 6-roll Calendar, 150 planetary extruder, and together with up-stream and down-stream auxiliary equipment.
2. Introduction of Product
| This system is composed of six-roll calendar, peel-off feeder, two-roller calendar and auxiliary cooling machine. |
This system is suitable for the production of rigid PVC film rolls in the thickness of 0.08-1.2mm with the thickness tolerance<0.005mm. |
Calendar roll adopts independent driving in conjunction with special hard gear reducer; options include preload, anti-curving device and hydraulic axle crossover device. |
The calendar roll adopts independent AC servo motor drive; it can be individually regulated or jointly regulated by following the calendar. |
